Uncategorized Jul 02, 2020

Learn to play in open G tuning with today's lesson on "Honky Tonk Women" from the Rolling Stones! To play this song you should tune your guitar from the low 6th string to the high 1st string: DGDGBD. However, Keith typically removes the 6th string so the guitar ends up only having 5 strings. Check it out in this video lesson.

This guitar lesson covers how to play each section. Keith plays this song with his fingers and no pick. Doing this can really get a unique guitar tone that is your own musical fingerprint.
